Shipping and Returns

Shipping and Handling Rates for domestic orders

Standard shipping rate is SGD 8.

Heavy Goods shipping rate is SGD 15.

Allow about 4-6 business days for delivery, excluding public holidays.

International orders

International shipping will be charged at a fixed rate of SGD 20.

Allow about 7-15 business days for order to arrive due to customs.

Returns and Exchange

All items which meets the requirement for return and exchange can be returned at no additional charge.

Exchanges are only available for size and/or color of the same style. Exchanging for a different product is not allowed.

If items that are returned does not meet the requirement, your request for exchange/return will not be processed.

Exchange is only valid for 7 days upon delivery date.

Return requirement:

• Products not washed.
• Products in original packaging.
• Products are clean for hygiene purposes.
