Pet2Go is an eCommerce website that sells Pet food and products.
2.What payment methods are there?
Credits Cards and PayPal.
3.Can I place and order without creating an account?
Customers will be able to check out with a customer account or as a guest.
4.What happens when a product is out of stock?
If a product is out of stock, we will be notified and we get new stocks as soon as possible.We would also be happy to make alternative recommendations if you cannot wait for the new stocks to arrive.
5.Can i exchange/return the product after purchase?
Yes, provided that they meet the return requirement.(refer to shipping and returns)
6. I am having trouble placing my order.

7. Is delivery free?
No. Standard Shipping rate is SGD 8 and heavy goods shipping is SGD 15 for domestic shipping.
8. Do you provide international shipping?
Yes. International shipping will be charged at a fixed rate of SGD 20.
9.Do you sell live animals?
No. We only sell Pet Products and Food.
10. Can i get any discount?
Yes, you can get discount coupons if you sign up with your email to get the latest news, offers and updates. In addition, discount vouchers are also given in our Pet2Go campaigns.
